Required Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Python
Heavy, responsible use of AI coding assistants
Experience with LLMs, agents, or AI orchestration frameworks.
Experience building APIs, automations, or web applications
Very comfortable using AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow.
Ability to debug, review, and improve AI-generated code rather than blindly accepting outputs.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work from loosely defined requirements.
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
Experience integrating third-party APIs and SaaS platforms.
Experience building internal tooling or automation platforms.
Familiarity with SQL, vector databases, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Experience in consulting, solutions engineering, or developer productivity roles.
Architecture Governance Literacy
Solid understanding of: Architecture principles, standards, patterns, and guardrails
