We’re growing quickly across North America, EMEA, and ANZ, with 800+ MSP partners and 30,000+ SMB environments secured. The MSP cybersecurity market is evolving rapidly, and we’re building toward becoming the standard in Microsoft security management.
The Opportunity
The MSP cybersecurity market is evolving quickly, and Augmentt is positioned to become a category leader. We already have the foundation: product-market fit, strong partner traction, and a growing customer base. The next phase is scale. We’re looking for a VP of Sales to build the engine that gets us there — creating predictability, expanding revenue through partners, and shaping how we go to market as we grow.

What You’ll Do
- Build a repeatable, predictable sales engine (pipeline, conversion, forecast accuracy)
- Lead and refine a land-and-expand motion for MSP partners
- Strengthen and scale channel + distribution revenue
- Coach, develop, and uplevel a high-performing sales team
- Establish clear operating cadence and accountability
- Improve sales analytics, forecasting rigor, and GTM alignment
You Might Be a Fit If You...
- Have 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 5+ in a leadership role
- Have experience scaling from $5M–$25M ARR, ideally in a lean or channel-driven model
- Have experience in channel, MSP, or partner-led sales
- Are hands-on, data-driven, and excited to build
- Bring strong cross-functional chops, especially with Sales and Product
- Bonus: Background in cybersecurity, PLG, or working with MSPs/channel partners
