Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional to drive both client success and revenue growth across our existing client base.
This role is responsible for ensuring clients are supported, engaged, and continuously improving their IT and cybersecurity posture, while identifying and executing on opportunities to deliver additional value through targeted, repeatable service offerings.
You will act as a key bridge between clients, Account Managers, and technical teams, owning follow-ups, advancing opportunities, and helping convert client needs into meaningful, billable projects.
Key Responsibilities
Client Success & Engagement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins, structured follow-ups, and ongoing communication
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they are supported, informed, and consistently receiving value
- Partner with internal technical teams to understand identified gaps and ensure alignment with client needs
- Engage with clients post-onboarding to translate identified gaps into a prioritized roadmap of improvement opportunities
Growth & Revenue Ownership
- Drive revenue growth within assigned accounts by identifying, positioning, and closing solution opportunities
- Leverage input from Senior Systems Administrators and standardized project offerings to recognize and discuss technical gaps with clients
- Develop and present solution recommendations aligned to client priorities, with a focus on cybersecurity, standardization, and optimization
- Own the sales cycle for identified opportunities, from initial discussion through to close
Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and supporting documentation
- Actively manage and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline with a strong focus on follow-up and momentum
- Proactively remove blockers and ensure timely progression of deals toward close
- Maintain regular communication with clients to keep opportunities moving forward
- Provide clear updates and insights on pipeline health, risks, and forecast
Systems & Data Management (ConnectWise)
- Maintain accurate and complete records of client interactions, opportunities, and proposals
- Ensure strong data hygiene across accounts, tickets, and sales activities
- Generate reports and insights to support visibility into performance and growth opportunities
Process Improvement & Enablement
- Develop and maintain templates, checklists, and workflows to support consistent execution
- Contribute to the standardization and scalability of repeatable service offerings
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the client experience
Skills And Knowledge

Education And Experience
- Experience in sales support, account management, or client success.
- Proficiency with CRM/PSA systems, preferably ConnectWise, with strong data hygiene practices.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
Compensation And Additional Perks
- Competitive Compensation based on skill set and experience will start at $85,000 per year
