We design, manufacture, and support advanced equipment sensing and analysis products, including on-line oil debris sensors, torque measurement sensors, turbine blade health sensors, and at-line oil analysis systems.
The IT/Networking & Corporate Software Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing two specialized corporate support teams:
- IT & Networking Team: Responsible for the company's IT infrastructure, networks cybersecurity and end-user IT hardware and software support.
- Enterprise Corporate Software Team: Responsible for the implementation, administration, maintenance and support of enterprise software platforms, including PLM, ERP and CRM systems.
The incumbent will ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT services while aligning technology strategy with business objectives. They will provide technical leadership, strategic planning, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute IT and enterprise software strategies organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor and develop team members across IT and enterprise software functions.
- Oversee department budgeting, spend forecasting, resource planning, and vendor management.
- Establish standards, policies and best practices for IT operations and enterprise systems.
- Act as a trusted technology partner to business leaders and stakeholders.
IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity
- Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, and endpoints).
- Ensure high availability and performance of network and infrastructure services through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies, risk management practices, and compliance standards.
- Oversee the team who is managing firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint security tools.
- Oversee disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for networking, hardware and security solutions.
- Lead incident response and remediation efforts related to infrastructure or security events.
Enterprise Corporate Software
- Manage the deployment, configuration, integration, and support of enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and other corporate applications.
- Ensure timely application updates, patches, enhancements and system upgrades.
- Oversee system administration, user access controls, data integrity and compliance within enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with business units to identify software needs, improve workflows and drive process optimization.
- Support and prioritize customization, reporting and workflow improvements.
- Provide guidance on user support support, training and adoption of corporate applications.
- Evaluate new enterprise software solutions and lead implementation initiatives as needed.

What You Bring:
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Information Security, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of networking, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and enterprise software systems.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, ITIL, or equivalent.
- Experience with modern cybersecurity tools and security frameworks.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems like ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, EPICOR) and corporate software ecosystems, like Salesforce, PLM.

- Salary Range for this position: $100,000 – $120,000 (final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and fit)
