Profile: Our client is a well-established, Montreal-based IT consulting and managed services firm specializing in Microsoft environments, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity. They support mid-market and enterprise organizations in securing, modernizing, and optimizing their IT infrastructure. We are looking for an SDR with a track record of overachieving on their sales results. You will work hand-in-hand with the outside sales rep.

Functions:
- Prospect and engage mid-market and enterprise organizations from assigned leads through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone etc)
- Target senior IT decision-makers such as CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors, and Infrastructure Managers
- Qualify prospects by uncovering challenges through lists provided to you
- Book high-quality discovery meetings for outside sales rep
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline data
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to refine messaging and targeting
- Provide weekly and monthly updates on outreach performance
