Duties
- Lead a team of sellers, providing coaching and development to drive performance.
- Manage installed base accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and revenue growth.
- Opportunistically drive new customer acquisition.
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with other business units to drive cross-functional opportunities and support broader organizational goals.
- Provide territory insights and performance reporting to Yokogawa leadership.
- Help recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the region.
- Foster a proactive, adaptive approach to sales within a rapidly changing industry.
Requirements
- Experience in industrial process control is required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Some team leadership or sales management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to manage key accounts and coach a sales team.
- Must reside within the assigned territory.
Preferred
- Experience managing installed base accounts.
- Experience balancing direct sales responsibilities with coaching and leadership.
