We are seeking a Staff DevSecOps Solution Developer to join our RDSec organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and productivity of the DevSecOps infrastructure and toolchain necessary for our engineers to deliver quality solutions to customers. In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to design and implement complex and secure CI/CD pipelines for development and production releases, collaborate closely with development teams to implement secure coding practices, promote and integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle, and ensure the integrity of the software supply chain adheres to the highest security standards.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement complex and secure CI/CD processes with a variety of tools and environments including GitHub, Jenkins, Fortify, Black Duck, JFrog, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Analyze existing CI/CD processes and toolchain, understand the pains and needs of the product teams, and provide advanced release process, code security and security toolchain consultant services to the teams.
Deliver value and optimization by driving research and adoption of industry-leading and best-of-breed technologies with a mindset for continuous improvements to the DevOps toolchain, service quality, and security operations.
Collaborate closely with other members of the global RDSec organization on cross-site projects as a key contributor through requirement, design and implementation.
Initiate and lead project to enhance the security and efficiency for product release and operation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or related fields AND 5+ years of experience in software development or equivalent work experience.
Solid knowledge of either one of backend programming such as Python, Java, GoLang, C++.
Good Experience with DevSecOps including automated CI/CD pipelines, infra as code, security enforcement and SaaS operation.
Working knowledge of public cloud services and container technologies including AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams across different time zones and regions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Continuous learning mindset, with a passion for keeping up with industry trends and technologies.
