Job Responsibilities:

Maintain account stability with key clients via white glove service
Generates additional revenue via strategic upsell opportunities
Balance up to 5 RFPs weekly across 3 AEs- deadline driven
Coordinate campaign workflow cross departmentally to ensure campaign success
Build strategic & customized RFP responses that will lead to IO generation
Work with Legal/ Finance to close out opportunities
Conduct historical & brand research for new & existing clients
Owns troubleshooting and finds solutions to internal & external challenge

Profile and Experience:

A minimum of 2 of digital media experience in a client facing role
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required
A highly motivated professional with a proven track record in a client facing role
Strong knowledge of digital campaign metrics and goals (i.e. - CTR, CPA, etc.)
Experience in managing expectations in a deadline-driven environment
3rd party tagging experience preferred
Experience working in Salesforce preferred
Proficient in Excel & PPT
