Job description

We’re a remote-first team across Canada working together to provide value to the food industry and opportunity to those with big culinary ideas. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, customer-obsessed Sales Manager to join our dynamic, food-loving team to lead full sales cycles and develop new market strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Lead new market sales initiatives in Canada and USA
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Develop attainment and incentive plans
Work closely with marketing & sales engineering to adapt and pivot sales priorities

About You

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3+ years full cycle, high volume sales experience
B2B sales experience preferred
Restaurant or culinary sales preferred but not required
Hubspot expertise
