Job description
We’re a remote-first team across Canada working together to provide value to the food industry and opportunity to those with big culinary ideas. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, customer-obsessed Sales Manager to join our dynamic, food-loving team to lead full sales cycles and develop new market strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Lead new market sales initiatives in Canada and USA
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Develop attainment and incentive plans
- Work closely with marketing & sales engineering to adapt and pivot sales priorities
About You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3+ years full cycle, high volume sales experience
- B2B sales experience preferred
- Restaurant or culinary sales preferred but not required
- Hubspot expertise
