Their disruptive product portfolio leverages cutting edge AI technology to analyze vast amounts of data in real time, identifying potential threats, anomalies, and vulnerabilities, and responding quickly to emerging threats.

Fuelled by significant levels of funding, the business is growing at a rapid rate across Canada and plans to double in size by the end of this year alone. We are actively searching for a Director of Product Management to oversee their portfolio of next-gen cybersecurity solutions, with full responsibility for driving the development and delivery of new products and features, as well as managing their existing product portfolio. This is a high visibility position within a rapidly growing start-up, reporting directly into the CPO.

Responsibilities:

Defining and managing the product roadmap for their advanced cybersecurity tools portfolio
Conducting market research to identify customer needs and opportunities for growth
Collaborating with engineering teams to develop and deliver high-quality products and features
Partnering with sales and marketing teams to create effective positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
Managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch to end-of-life
Analyzing product performance and making data-driven recommendations for future development

Requirements:

Proven experience managing complex, technical products from ideation to launch
Strong technical background with a solid understanding of cybersecurity tools and technologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
