They are looking for an expert who can bridge the gap between Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence, for example how AI can aid in incident response by automating certain tasks, such as log analysis, malware detection, and threat hunting.
You will need to bring great knowledge of how AI can contribute to data protection and privacy by automating data classification, encrypting sensitive information, and monitoring data access and usage.
As a Cybersecurity Partner, you will be responsible for leading the Cybersecurity practice within their consultancy firm. You will collaborate with clients to understand their strategic objectives and leverage your expertise to design and implement AI solutions tailored to their unique needs. Your role will involve building and nurturing client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assure that our cybersecurity practise is aligned with industry trends and customer objectives by providing strategic leadership and guidance.
- Communicate with customers to learn about their cybersecurity issues and create specialised AI-driven security tactics.
- Use AI technologies to improve threat detection and response, leveraging machine learning, behavioural analytics, and automation.
- Lead and oversee the delivery of cybersecurity projects, including risk assessments, vulnerability management, incident response, and security architecture design.
- Integrate cybersecurity into AI projects by working with cross-functional teams to ensure privacy, compliance, and ethical issues.
- Maintain current knowledge of new cybersecurity dangers, fads, and best practises to provide customers and the sector thought leadership.
- Establish and maintain solid client connections by serving as a dependable adviser and looking for chances to offer extra value-added services.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new business opportunities, participating in client presentations, and supporting proposal development.
Requirements:
- A demonstrated track record of success in a senior position within a consulting company, driving Cybersecurity-related engagements and generating business results.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex AI projects, including project scoping, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Deep expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics, as well as a strong understanding of their application in various industries.
- Excellent business sense, including the capacity to comprehend customer requirements, clearly communicate value propositions, and create convincing business cases for Cybersecurity led AI solutions.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships, driving client satisfaction and producing business development.
- Strong communication and influencing abilities, with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
