Darkhive is a Texas-based startup developing low-cost, autonomous drones for the military and public safety communities. Our mission is to enable users to easily employ small disposable drones to rapidly understand their environment and make life-saving decisions when the stakes are high.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication within the organization and with external partners. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our executives can focus on high-level strategic initiatives by handling administrative tasks efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include managing correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, organizing travel arrangements, and assisting with project management tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in an executive support role or similar position
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Process:

Phone Screen (30 minutes) - Get to know more about the company and tell us about your experience
In-person Interview - Meet with the executive team and discuss your qualifications
Hire / No Hire - Based on the final assessment and feedback from the interview process

Benefits

Compensation: $60,000-100,000

The salary range for this position is an estimate that considers various compensation factors. The actual salary offer may differ based on factors such as work experience, education, training, critical skills, and business needs. Most full-time offers also include equity grants, which are a component of Darkhive's total compensation package but do not substitute for base compensation and benefits.
