Our customer, a leading spirits company is seeking an entrepreneurial Territory Sales Manager with strong negotiation skills to sell products to existing off and on-premise customers, create new distribution opportunities, and manage territory brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts, independent locations, and on-premise customers within the territory.
- Implement brand programs to achieve distribution, display, and shelf placement.
- Craft and deliver effective customer presentations that optimize the Company’s ROI in the territory.
- Foster strong relationships with retail and on-premise customers, industry peers, and community groups for sustainable growth and successful customer engagement.
- Utilize sales data and CRM tools to analyze account performance, identify volume-boosting opportunities, and leverage brand sales for overall portfolio success.
Key Requirements
- 1-2 years of alcohol or CPG sales experience with high professionalism
- MS Office skills and analytics proficiency
- Available for evening/weekend work, including trade shows and travel as needed
- Structured sales approach, exceptional organization, problem-solving, and time management
- T&E and brands budget management, EZ Focus sales reporting experience
