About
In my role as IT Systems & Security Lead, I oversee a wide range of security initiatives, from policy development and SIEM deployments to data loss prevention (DLP) and workspace access management. I am responsible for managing critical technologies such as SIEM, XDR, MDM, MDR, system firewalls, and CRM databases. Some of my key accomplishments include deploying and configuring SIEM solutions in professional environments, automating over 400 workflows between front-end and back-end processes, and leading security awareness training sessions, including phishing simulations, to enhance the organization's ability to recognize and respond to threats.
I strongly believe that the most valuable asset an organization can protect and improve is its people. No amount of security solutions can compensate for the critical role that a well-informed and educated user plays in safeguarding our data. I place a strong emphasis on creating a security-first mindset through regular, engaging training and awareness programs. Effective user training isn’t just about ticking boxes—it’s about building a culture of security that strengthens the entire organization.
When I’m not fortifying systems, I’m exploring new ideas and working toward industry certifications. I’m particularly fascinated by how end users interact with technology and actively listen to their problems as opportunities to develop and build. This approach inspired my Chrome extension projects, which addressed everyday tech challenges a friend was facing. Currently, I’m developing a web app to help users audit and secure their digital lives while studying for the CPTS certification by Hack The Box to build my offensive security skills. I’m always open to collaboration, so feel free to connect and reach out!
