As a Senior IT Engineer II at ÆON Credit Service Systems (Philippines) Inc., I am responsible for managing and maintaining on-premises servers, mid-range servers, cloud platform/infrastructure services (PaaS/IaaS) and desktop/laptop computers.
I also provide IT support for cloud-based computerized accounting system and cloud-based business suites and IT operations support to one of our affiliate's IT department.
Additionally, I have knowledge and experience in all software development life cycle (SDLC) phases and deployed overseas for software project support.
Furthermore, I have received trainings in computer networks, security operations center (SOC), vulnerability management and ethical hacking, which enhance my security and troubleshooting skills.
I have more than 11 years of experience in these fields combined that support the company's credit card business processes and systems, and I have acquired multiple IT skills that demonstrate my proficiency and knowledge.
