I am Pathikkumar Patel. Currently, I am in my third semester of cyber security in loyalist college, and I am looking for co-op opportunity for any IT role for my fourth semester from Jan 2023 to April 2023.
My knowledge of Cyber Security, networking, cloud computing, and application development with AI coupled with interpersonal skills makes me a perfect candidate for the IT role. Throughout my academic career I have gained valuable skills, knowledge and understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC), defense in depth design, secure coding, vulnerability analysis, threat modeling, security controls, Risk management framework, project testing, and debugging. Moreover, I have extensive experience of developing applications and websites with secure algorithms and Artificial Intelligence to automate cybersecurity related tasks. Specifically, I have been heavily focused on developing programs using Java, Python, Android, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and have familiarity with operating systems like Windows, Kali Linux, Windows server and proficient in software such as Microsoft office, Packet tracer, Wireshark, Burp Suite, Android studio, PyCharm. Additionally, with my exceptional skills I can help to improve defect tracking and management systems by performing defect verification and analysis. I am an analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of solving problems effectively. Moreover, with good communication skills, and flexible nature, I will quickly fit into a team once I start to work there. I am truly knowledgeable in the use of computers and programs geared towards information technology. Additionally, I have been preparing for Cisco’s CCNA and CompTIA security + certifications, which would be helpful for this position.
