I'm a seasoned IT professional with over 17 years of experience in the banking sector, where I've honed my skills in problem-solving and client satisfaction. I've managed teams and processes, focusing on Governance, Risk, and Control (GRC) practices. I've also been instrumental in improving incident resolution efficiency across diverse teams and regions.
In addition to my IT experience, I have a rich teaching history spanning over 8 years. I've prepared candidates for English proficiency tests, taught various subjects to young students, and delivered advanced computer network courses at the University level. This blend of IT and teaching experience has equipped me with a unique set of skills and perspectives.
Recently, I've been actively educating myself in cybersecurity. I've completed cybersecurity virtual experience programs with Mastercard and Tata Consultancy Services, where I gained hands-on experience in identifying and reporting security threats, implementing robust security training, and honing my skills in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
