I am an IT professional with a strong passion for cybersecurity, driven by my desire to protect sensitive information and secure digital infrastructures. I recently completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Cybersecurity and Threat Management, which has equipped me with the technical knowledge and practical skills necessary to detect threats, assess vulnerabilities, and respond to security incidents. I am also proficient in network security, and incident response.
Throughout my career, I have honed my problem-solving skills and my ability to manage IT support services in both customer service and technical environments. In my recent role as a Customer Success Specialist, I gained experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, assisting with implementing security protocols to protect customer data, maintaining accurate and confidential records. My strong analytical abilities, combined with my dedication to learning and adapting to new technologies, have allowed me to effectively contribute to enhancing system security and preventing potential threats.
