Hello, my name is Lamarr Andre Davis, and I am a recent graduate with an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Biomedical Engineering from Centennial College. I also completed a Data Analysis Diploma from the Toronto School of Management.
In terms of academic achievements, I've been recognized with the Global Citizenship Award for water conservation during my studies in Biomedical Engineering. My coursework covered various topics, including microbiology, medical signal processing, and technical report writing. I've also gained valuable experience in data analysis, with a focus on data design, handling, and decision-making.
In terms of work experience, I have served as a Switchboard Operator, where I honed my communication and organizational skills. In this role, I determined appropriate destinations for calls, provided information to callers, and played a crucial role during emergencies.
Outside of my academic and professional life, I have been actively engaged in leadership roles. Currently, I am a Junior Youth Group Leader at Sparroways, where I contribute to building a sense of community within the church youth. I've also served as an Assistant Soccer Coach at Cherry Beach Soccer Club, promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Certified in Google Cybersecurity Professional, Cisco Cybersecurity Operations Fundamentals, and pursuing CompTIA Security+, I have a keen interest in the field of cybersecurity. I have also worked on projects ranging from website building to network traffic analysis and penetration testing.
