About
As a security enthusiast and Computer Science master's student at the University of New Brunswick, I'm passionate about advancing the envelope of technologies that make systems secure and safe and enhancing user experience while protecting the data and privacy of millions around the world.
Under the mentorship of Dr. Rongxing Lu, a renowned expert in data security and privacy, I currently conduct supervised research on the convergence of IoT, healthcare, machine learning, and privacy preservation. As a recipient of the New Brunswick Innovation Foundation STEM & Social Innovation Award, I'm dedicated to leveraging my academic excellence and research potential to contribute to the field of cybersecurity.
I have co-op experience at BlackBerry's Advanced Research Labs, where I worked as a Security Technology Researcher. There, I explored, prototyped, and developed innovative automated techniques for resilient threat detection and system response in security- and safety-critical domains by leveraging my expertise in network security instrumentation, machine learning, data science, and program analysis.
