About

With over two years of experience in cybersecurity, I am a Cloud Security Analyst at DXC Technology, a leading global IT services company. I am responsible for implementing and maintaining the security measures required to protect cloud-based systems and applications, using tools such as Tenable.sc, Palo Alto Networks Prisma, and Qualys.

I have a strong technical background and a passion for learning new skills and technologies. I hold several certifications, including the Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1 (NSE4), the Certificate in Cryptography from Charles Sturt University, and the Cyber Fundamentals from Genius Armoury. I also have a Diploma in Mountain Sport Technician from Whistler Adventure School, where I gained experience in outdoor education and recreation.

Before transitioning to cybersecurity, I served as an Infantryman in the Australian Army for four and a half years, where I developed leadership, teamwork, and resilience skills. I also support veteran and family welfare organisations, such as the Commando Welfare Trust and Wounded Warriors, and help ex-service personnel find meaningful employment in the IT/Cyber industry. My goal is to enter the Governance, Risk and Compliance Consultancy space and contribute to the security and well-being of organisations and communities.
