I have long loved learning about computers and related technologies, then putting it to use, whether at home or work. This has led to supporting enterprise land systems in the oil and gas industry, from maintaining and managing the system, to supporting end users, designing better processes for critical reports, automating acquisitions and divestiture projects, and developing a new and modern land system. A key part of the success is working with the people and teams involved and understanding their needs and end goals, as well as paying attention to the little details. On the personal side it meant building multiple computers in the years, figuring out how they work, and helping family and friends understand and adopt new technologies into their lives, and enjoying the smiles it can bring. When applied properly, and securely, technology will make for a better world.

When not working I may be found hiking, camping, travelling, building or upgrading my gaming computer, building Lego, or reading a book.
