About
I have a keen interest in Network Security and Telecommunication since my college period. I did
seminars, projects and workshops in Electronics,Radio Frequency and Telecommunication. The
workshop helped me to gain various technical skills, which include working with networking
protocols and programming and troubleshooting. I managed to learn a lot about the basics of
computer networks with that practical knowledge also increased. I've learned how signals are
processed digitally to transfer data effectively . It was the time when I felt about taking it forward
to make it a career option. I recognize that this profession necessitates ongoing schooling, as
technology needs a different approach to handle data transfer fast, reliable and secure.I believe
wireless Networking and cyber security professionals can do wonders in the telecommunication
industry.
Later, I joined a post-graduate course in Wireless Networking at Lambton College, Mississauga todevelop and enhance my skill set.Majority of the course concepts were based on routing and
switching,computer networking protocols,cyber security,cloudcomputing and RF domain such as
RF fundamentals, mobile communications, Optical Fiber and 5G ,LTE etc. Moreover, I kept on increasing my knowledge in and through various online learning platforms like LinkedIn learning and Udemy. My communication, people-centric nature, and compassion have afforded me excellentproblem-solving skills. I got to learn how important is to secure our networks from external attacks by upholding privacy strategies, policies and standards,when I was given to do lots of projects and assignments in my school such as configuring devices using Cisco Packet Tracer,capturing,filtering and inspecting packets through wireshark, discovering the network and auditing security using Nmap,deploying and configuring windows server 2016 are some of them.Which gave me hands-on-experience regarding the real time environment.
