I am an accomplished IT professional with over 3 years of hands-on experience spanning IT service management, cybersecurity, infrastructure improvement, and network administration. My career has been defined by contributing to organization-wide IT programs, enhancing business continuity, and delivering reliable technical support to more than 100 end-users across 21 sites in Alberta.

In my role as an IT Support Specialist at Arrow Technology Group, I spearheaded infrastructure and network upgrade projects, led disaster recovery and service redundancy initiatives, and advised on the integration of cloud backups to strengthen business continuity. By leveraging VMware virtualization, SAN/NAS technologies, and advanced monitoring tools, I delivered exponential cost savings, scalability, and improved security. I also played a critical role in cybersecurity readiness, conducting security audits, leading risk assessments, and training staff on ransomware and phishing prevention.
