During my time at Computek College, I have developed extensive knowledge of server administration, network infrastructure, and troubleshooting as well as fundamental knowledge of cyber threats, attacks, vulnerabilities, and protection strategies. Through my work experience as a Technical Services Representative, I have gained more skills in the installation and configuration of computer hardware and software. I also have experience in resolving issues relating to PCs and peripheral equipment and quality customer service to a variety of clients.
