I’m an experienced IT professional with over six years of hands-on expertise supporting and managing technology in hospitality and enterprise environments. Over the years, I’ve worked on projects involving network infrastructure, CCTV deployment, property management systems, and daily technical support that keeps operations running smoothly.

Alongside my practical experience, I’ve strengthened my cybersecurity skills through the Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate program. This training gave me a solid foundation in threat detection, incident response, SIEM monitoring with Microsoft Sentinel, vulnerability management, and security investigation techniques.
