About
Product leadership is changing. As AI makes experimentation more accessible, the challenge is no longer what we can build, but what deserves to be scaled.
I’m a Product Management leader who enjoys helping organizations make sound product decisions under conditions of technical complexity and rapid change.
Throughout my career, from telecommunications to identity and cybersecurity, I’ve been drawn to enterprise software where customer trust, technical depth, and organizational scale matter most. I’ve found that durable product strategy starts with understanding the problem space: customers, constraints, incentives, and the systems they operate within. That understanding helps distinguish what is merely possible from what deserves investment and scale.
Over the past 15+ years, I’ve helped enterprise software organizations:
• Built and scaled Product Management organizations and operating models, improving discovery, prioritization, roadmap predictability, and execution.
• Transformed fragmented product portfolios from five product groups into a unified SaaS identity platform, enabling connected workflows and a more cohesive customer experience.
• Aligned Engineering, Sales, and Marketing around platform strategy, accelerating go-to-market readiness.
• Evolved commercial packaging to support enterprise and partner channels while maximizing recurring revenue across the product lifecycle.
I thrive at the intersection of technology and business strategy, combining analytical depth with pragmatic execution. I enjoy applying structured thinking to unfamiliar domains, challenging assumptions with evidence, and translating technical complexity into product decisions that deliver measurable customer and business value.
Today, I’m particularly interested in how AI is reshaping enterprise software, cybersecurity, identity, and Product Management itself. I enjoy making sense of these shifts as they emerge and helping organizations distinguish durable opportunities from short-lived ones.
I'm especially interested in leadership opportunities involving enterprise software, cybersecurity, identity, AI transformation, and the evolving role of data sovereignty in regulated industries.
