Position Description

Capable of technical communications with subject matter experts to resolve configuration / health issues for assets.
Able to follow documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure checks are being done in a consistent manner.
Has strong time management skills to ensure Daily, Weekly, and Monthly tasks are completed on time.
Experience in building queries in Oracle to extract data.
Strong scripting or Java skills to automate jobs.

Primary Responsibilities

Reviewing and promoting changes in a file integrity monitor. This will involve:
- Following up with teams that are responsible for providing business justifications for changes.
- Ensuring the Business Reason makes sense for why the file(s) changed.
- Promoting the changes with the Business Reasons received.
- Escalating in cases where a change is unknown or a business reason is not received.
Reviewing reports from a variety of systems (File Integrity Monitoring, Vulnerability Scanner, etc.) to ensure assets are:
- Configured properly in their respective tools
- In a healthy state
- Completing scheduled jobs properly

Minimum Requirements

Undergraduate Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or Computer Science, or 4 years of equivalent experience in Information Technology
2-4 years experience with Windows or Unix systems
1-2 years experience with ticketing applications relating to information technology
