MatchBox Consulting Group is urgently searching for a Program Data Administrator for a 6- month contract role for our BC based public sector client. This is a 5 days per week in-office position located in Vancouver. The role is 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm Pacific Time.

Pay Rate: $20.00 to $24.00/hour

Required Skills

Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as business administration, computer science or information technology
Prior experience in data processing, database management
Strong computer skills – MS office suite; knowledge and skills with Excel required
Experience with Salesforce and/or the ability to learn new technical platforms
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy
Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking
Excellent multi-tasking abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Scope of Duties

Conduct regular data entry and processing tasks to ensure accurate recording and tracking of customer data across multiple platforms.
Perform data quality checks to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in the data.
Collaborate with other team members to streamline data processes and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance and standards governing data privacy and security.
Respond to data inquiries and requests from internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
Implement and maintain data management best practices to uphold data integrity and confidentiality.
Other tasks as reasonably required by the Project Manager.
