We’re looking for a Security & Compliance Specialist to join our team of over 150 1:1 communication experts who are dedicated to creating incredible work, making our client’s proud, and smashing personal and professional goals along the way. In this role, you’ll focus on conducting security compliance reviews, collecting evidence, and engaging with users to ensure security best practices within JAM CRM – with diverse Windows, Linux, and MacOS environments. You’ll support the IT team with identifying and mitigating security risks and contribute to the development and implementation of security policies.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct security compliance reviews and audits
  • Collect and analyze evidence related to security incidents and compliance
  • Develop and update security policies and procedures
  • Educate and engage users about security best practices and issues
  • Assist with identifying and mitigating security risks
  • Provide input and support on security-related projects and initiatives


Desired skills and experience

  • 2+ year degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of working experience in IT and security roles
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
  • Experience working with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems
  • Familiarity with cloud service providers (AWS preferred/Azure/GCP)
  • Excellent communication skills for user interaction and policy development
  • Understanding of:
  • Microsoft Active Directory and its services (DNS, GPO, etc.)
  • Cloud-based services and applications (O365, Adobe CC, etc.)
  • Networking and security principles
  • Documenting assets, configurations, processes, and security protocols
