As a Sales Manager, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting a dynamic team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven sales management skills which will align successfully in the organization.
What’s the Job?
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of our product line and marketing to develop and implement strategies to grow sales.
- Maintain healthy relationships with new and existing clients.
- Establish sales objectives by analyzing our customer base and forecasting sales volumes.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
What’s Needed?
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of proven sales management experience.
- Time management skills to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to use company-specific software.
