About the role: Regional Sales Manager
- Based out of a home office, you will be responsible for maximizing and growing revenue across BC with a primary focus on the Lower Mainland and Greater Vancouver area
- Inherit a strong existing book of business to grow and nurture through regular touch points including product & application training sessions, lunch and learns, and dealer recruitment & onboarding
- 80% of sales efforts will be focused on strategically managing and growing existing business and 20% of sales efforts will be focused on acquiring new business
- Work closely with and build meaningful relationships with relevant manufacturer reps, sales engineers, HVAC distributors, and control automation companies to ensure a solid understanding and confidence in the products
- Regularly meet with customers in person and virtually to conduct training sessions on product application
- Lead dealer recruitment & onboarding for new and high-potential dealers
Compensation:
- Base salary + uncapped commission with $140K-$160K total income year 1
- Monthly vehicle allowance + gas card + all travel expenses covered

Required Experience:
- 5+ years of OEM sales experience in either HVAC, building controls or automation, or gas detection industry
- Strong technical acumen with previous experience working closely with OEM, strategic partners, sales engineers, and strategic partners
- Must reside in Vancouver, greater Vancouver or the Lower Mainland
