OnX is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer on contract for one of our Regional Sector clients in Toronto.
Client: Regional Sector
Location: 3 days a week onsite at Downtown, Toronto
Duration: 6 months contract with high possibility of extension
Must Have Skills/Experience
- Level 2 & 3 support in hardware management
- Incident management - troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues
- Maintain hardware inventories - Asset management
- Windows server / VMWare administration
- MFA and VPN set up
- Network troubleshooting
- Active Directory - GPO & LDAP
- Basic experience in SQL scripting
