Responsibilities
- Take charge of the sales team, motivating and guiding them to achieve their goals and drive success.
- Drive rental revenue and profit objectives, aiming to exceed targets and elevate financial performance.
- Track sales performance, conduct regular meetings, and initiate impactful sales campaigns to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Manage rental rates effectively, striving for optimal rate and utilization improvements.
- Collaborate with Fleet Management and the Credit Department, assist with collection efforts, and develop sales strategies to capture key market opportunities.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years in construction equipment and 6 years in Sales Management.
- Strong time management, presentation, negotiating, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with construction equipment; business degree is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); PowerBI experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel regularly.
