Here's what you'll be doing
You'll be the driving force behind our sales success, leading a team of professionals to deliver unparalleled guest experiences. Your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in achieving and exceeding our sales goals while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies aligned with Lexus and DAG objectives
- Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team
- Ensuring exceptional guest experiences throughout the sales process
- Analyzing market trends and adjusting strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Managing inventory and pricing to optimize selection and turnover
- Representing Lexus Downtown at community events and building key relationships
You Need These Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in the luxury sector
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing successful sales teams
- In-depth understanding of automotive retail operations and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools
It would be nice if
- You have specific experience with Lexus or other luxury Japanese brands
- You're multilingual, reflecting the diversity of our guest community, particularly if you speak Mandarin or Cantonese
- You have a track record of implementing innovative sales or guest experience initiatives
