L’Analyste Cybersécurité Senior sera responsable de faire évoluer la gestion continue de l’exposition aux menaces (CTEM) d’une organisation d’envergure, en agissant comme leader auprès d’un centre de sécurité (SOC) externe.
PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT
• Mener la chasse aux menaces et la surveillance continue de l’environnement
• Encadrer le fournisseur SOC externe et lui attribuer les priorités opérationnelles
• Gérer les incidents de sécurité, du triage jusqu’au rétablissement
• Veiller à l’usage sécuritaire de l’intelligence artificielle (IA) dans l’organisation
• Développer des règles de détection couvrant les risques émergents de l’IA
• Assurer le suivi continu des vulnérabilités et de leur remédiation
• Participer à la rotation de garde au sein d’une équipe d’environ 13 personnes
• Œuvrer dans un environnement sur Microsoft Sentinel, Azure et Microsoft Purview
PROFIL
• 8+ années d’expérience en cybersécurité, dont 5+ en réponse aux incidents
• Expertise en gestion continue de l’exposition aux menaces (CTEM)
• Solide expérience en sécurité infonuagique
• Maîtrise des solutions d’Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
• Expérience en Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR)
• Bonnes connaissances du cadre MITRE ATT&CK et de l’analyse de journaux
• Aisance avec les référentiels NIST CSF 2.0, NIST SP 800-53 et ISO 27001
• Autonomie et bonne capacité à structurer une pratique en démarrage
• Certification CISSP ou Microsoft SC-200 (atout)
• DEC ou BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent
• Bilinguisme (Français requis, Anglais fonctionnel)

The Senior Cybersecurity Analyst will be responsible for maturing the Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) practice of a large organization, while acting as the lead for an external Security Operations Center (SOC).
MORE PRECISELY
• Conduct threat hunting and continuous monitoring of the environment
• Oversee the external SOC provider and set its operational priorities
• Manage security incidents from triage through recovery
• Ensure the secure use of artificial intelligence (AI) across the organization
• Develop detection rules covering emerging AI-related risks
• Track vulnerabilities and their remediation on an ongoing basis
• Take part in the on-call rotation within a team of about 13 people
• Work in an environment based on Microsoft Sentinel, Azure and Microsoft Purview
PROFILE
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including 5+ in incident response
• Expertise in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM)
• Strong experience in cloud security
• Mastery of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions
• Experience with Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR)
• Good knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and log analysis
• Comfortable with the NIST CSF 2.0, NIST SP 800-53 and ISO 27001 frameworks
• Autonomy and strong ability to structure an emerging practice
• CISSP or Microsoft SC-200 certification (asset)
• DEC or Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, English functional)
