Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Permanent Security Technician with a passion for travel to join our Engineering industry team. This is a full-time position that requires regional travel to various project sites across the country. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the security industry, with expertise in CCTV, Access Control, Burglar Alarm, Video Surveillance, and Nurse Call systems.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Security Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing security systems at various project sites across the country. You will be required to travel to different locations, ensuring that all security systems are functioning correctly and meeting industry standards. Other responsibilities include

• Conducting site surveys and assessments to determine the best security solutions for each project
• Installing and configuring security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Burglar Alarm, Video Surveillance, and Nurse Call systems
• Troubleshooting and repairing security systems to ensure they are functioning correctly
• Providing technical support to clients and other team members
• Maintaining accurate records of all work completed, including parts used and time spent on each project
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure that all project deadlines are met
• Staying up-to-date with the latest security technologies and industry trends
  
  

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in the security industry
• Expertise in CCTV, Access Control, Burglar Alarm, Video Surveillance, and Nurse Call systems
• Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex security systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and other team members
• Willingness to travel to different project sites across the country
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A commitment to providing high-quality work and exceptional customer service
