Cybersecurity Customer Success Manager

Company Overview:
Our customer is a rapidly growing cyber vendor dedicated to providing innovative cybersecurity solutions to businesses worldwide. With a global team of around 150 professionals, they are scaling quickly and seeking a talented Cyber Customer Success Manager to help drive the success of their clients.

Position Overview:
As a Cyber Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of their valued customers across various industries. Managing a portfolio of 25-30 midsize and enterprise clients, you will be responsible for guiding them through the entire customer journey, from onboarding and deployment to cross-selling, upselling, and managing renewals. This role is hybrid, with 2 days per week required in our customers' offices in either Dallas or Boston.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of midsize and enterprise clients, understanding their unique cybersecurity needs and challenges across various vertical markets.
  • Lead the onboarding and deployment process for new customers, ensuring a seamless implementation of our cybersecurity solutions and driving adoption from the outset.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services that address clients' evolving security requirements and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each customer, outlining objectives, milestones, and action plans to drive value realization and customer success.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and product development, to advocate for customer needs and drive product enhancements based on client feedback.
  • Manage the renewal process, driving high renewal rates and customer satisfaction through proactive engagement, contract negotiations, and relationship building.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a cybersecurity-focused Customer Success Manager role, with a proven track record of driving customer success, retention, and expansion.
  • Extensive experience leading customer onboarding, deployment, and adoption efforts, as well as managing cross-selling, upselling, and renewal activities.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices, with the ability to effectively communicate and articulate the value proposition of our solutions to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and foster long-term relationships with clients.
  • Willingness to travel to our customer's offices in either Dallas or Boston 2 days per week.
