Job Overview:
We currently have an opening for a full-time permanent IT Specialist & Web Administrator. Reporting directly to the Sales Rep & Web Development Team Lead, this position requires supporting all Lago staff with general IT helpdesk, ongoing system/network maintenance, collaboration with content management systems, and ERP knowledge. This role will solidify the baseline IT structure and establish process for ongoing improvements and support. In partnership with other employees, this role will also support in the development and updating of Lago’s E-commerce platforms, including ERP integration.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assessing a company’s information system and identifying gaps that need to be addressed
· Ensuring all systems run smoothly and efficiently
· Ensuring security and privacy measures are in place
· Troubleshooting and providing technical support to the company staff whenever needed
· Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware
· Evaluating new hardware and software to meet company requirements
· Maintaining inventory of internal licenses and track compliance
· Establishing procedures to ensure the readiness, quality, and accuracy of websites and online platforms, providing guidance and training to staff
· Maintaining websites in collaboration with management, web developers, graphic designers, and content creators
· Monitor website performance, complete audits, and introduce necessary improvements to enhance speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience
· Conducting user testing and seamless Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration with other IT systems
· Manage Enterprise Resource Planning
· Providing technical support and training ERP end-users
· Preparing development progress updates and documenting ERP processes
· Perform other related duties as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Education:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
· At least 2 years of practical experience in database administration, development, and web design
· Knowledge of IT principles, concepts, and methods; systems testing and evaluation principles, methods, and tools; IT security principles and methods; COTS products; Internet technologies; and/or emerging information technologies
· Must possess strong analytical interpersonal, and communication skills and have the ability to work with minimal supervision
· Experience in using graphic design applications would be an asset
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
· Proficiency with VPN networks, firewalls, encryption, and other aspects of network security technologies
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Experience with utilizing Apparel Magic and Shopify would be an asset

Pay: $47,953.50-$60,407.74 per year
