Position Overview: We are in search of an accomplished Senior Cloud Security Engineer to join our Cloud Security Delivery Team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting engineering tasks and policy development, particularly focusing on Palo Alto Networks Prisma Cloud Enterprise. As a key contributor to Digital Infrastructure Strategy Program, you will be part of an energetic, fast-paced team dedicated to ensuring secure Cloud enablement.
Responsibilities
Utilize deep expertise in writing RQL queries to implement new policies, ensuring checks for cloud resource misconfiguration and configuration drift.
Efficiently translate Information Security requirements into Prisma Cloud Enterprise policies, encompassing both new policy creation and modifications.
Implement changes to support the remediation or resolution of alerts/findings from Prisma Cloud Enterprise scanning.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of information security experience.
1+ year of deep Prisma Cloud Enterprise experience or experience with a similar Cloud Security Posture Management tool.
Proven experience creating Prisma Cloud Enterprise custom policies via RQL or experience with policy development for a similar Cloud Security Posture Management tool.
Extensive knowledge of cloud security, including services, workloads, and hardening practices.
Experience with Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Proficiency in scripting/automation languages such as Terraform, Python, and/or PowerShell.
Familiarity with CIS and NIST Cybersecurity frameworks.
