Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in complex enterprise Unified Communication platforms
• Experience in upgrading:
• Microsoft Server - DHCP, DNS, ADDS
• Networking - Firewall/Routing/VLANS/Cisco Switches
• Physical Servers - HP/Dell, Storage RAID Configuration
• Virtualization - MS HyperV and Esxi
• Google Workspace and AD integration
• Expert-Level experience in Configuring and Administration of High Availability environment for Unified Communication technologies, Direct Routing, SBCs environments.
• Understanding in E-MetroTel Enterprise Business Unified Communications Phone Systems
• Environmental changes – consolidation, platform upgrades, firmware and security management
• Provide planning, design, documentation and implementation of services for client enterprise infrastructure and data center technology deployment projects
• Provide technical project oversight for large scale enterprise infrastructure and data center technology deployment/migration projects
• Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of industry best practices and standards for deploying enterprise technologies

Qualifications:

• Minimum five to ten years of experience in the solution design, implementation planning, and deployment of Cisco and other multi-vendor networking solutions
• Experience as an Implementation Lead and/or Architect Team Lead
• Able to be a self-starter, multi-task, and work with clients in challenging network environments and in multiple concurrent customer projects
• Experience working directly with product vendors
• Must be a strong Cisco Enterprise Infrastructure Route Switch and Data Center Engineer
• Experience with Microsoft Azure networking a plus
• Methodical approach to problem solving and resolution
• Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups
• Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities
• Able to socialize ideas, make recommendations, and gather team consensus to move forward
• Able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels in an organization; develop procedural documentation; develop and conduct effective presentations; effectively demonstrate products and solutions; and be able to write customer proposals
  
  
  

Education/Certifications:

• Enterprise Infrastructure CCIE
• Data Center CCIE
• Additional CCIE/CCNP (Security, Wireless) a plus
• CISSP or equivalent is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree, technical degree or equivalent experience
• Additional certifications in operating systems, databases and programming languages a plus
