Our Unique Selection Process
At TechAudit Professionals, we pride ourselves on being the only staffing agency in Canada that rigorously tests the hands-on technical skills of our candidates. We recognize the value of genuine expertise and, as a result, offer compensation well above the industry average. We don't just place talent; we ensure they are proven experts in their field.
The Steps:
- Resume Review: Upon receiving your application, our team of cybersecurity experts, not general recruiters, will evaluate your resume in detail. We look beyond keywords to understand your experience and skills.
- Proprietary Skills Assessment: Candidates meeting our high standards will be invited to a one-hour online technical assessment designed to evaluate hands-on capabilities. This can be taken from any location at your convenience. Our system strictly proctors the exam to ensure integrity.
- Interview: Performance on the assessment informs our decision to invite candidates for an interview. This is the final step before becoming a part of our elite talent pool.
- Talent Pool Engagement: Once in our talent pool, we actively work to match your skills with suitable company needs.
Your Commitment: While in our talent pool, we require a minimum availability of 20 hours per week to ensure readiness for placement opportunities. We understand flexibility is key, so you are free to update us on any changes to your availability or if you decide to exit the pool, upon which we will promptly remove your profile.
Understanding Our Talent Pool Dynamics
Please note that while we actively seek opportunities for every expert in our talent pool, joining does not guarantee an immediate match. There is no compensation provided while waiting for a match. However, we dedicate our efforts to proactively match your profile with companies that require your specific skill set.
