Qualifications and Requirements:

🔍 Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

🔍 5+ years of experience in Server and Network support

🔍 Expertise in Microsoft products and Cisco administration

🔍 Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to customer service

🔍 Certifications (A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, CCNA, ITIL) are a plus!
