As a SailPoint Engineer, you will support the day-to-day operations and deployment for our SailPoint infrastructure that is part of our provisioning and identity access management product suite.

What you’ll do:
Deploy new product versions, upgrades, and patches in all environments.
Monitor and manage the health of all SailPoint components including agents, app servers, databases, connector gateways etc.
Ensure all tasks and processes (aggregation, refresh identity cubes, etc.) are completed on schedule.
Co-ordinate infrastructure upgrades (OS, database, SailPoint agents etc.)
Execute, build, and change control processes.
Demonstrate expert knowledge on the SailPoint platform and provide technical consultation to application owners on best practices and standardization when integrating with the SailPoint platform.
Become an SME to provide application support, investigation and troubleshooting for issues that cannot be resolved by IAM Administrators.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience working with Identity Now, IdentityIQ concepts and features.
Hands on experience with Azure (VMSS, Azure Mail Relay, SQL Server, Intune)
Strong IAM domain knowledge in access management, review/certifications.
Strong working knowledge of Java.
Previous experience coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business.
Knowledge of CICD pipelines and tools such as GitHub actions.
Ability to translate and simplify technical issues into clear business language.
