Role Description

This is an as needed hybrid role for a Private Investigator at Axis Vero Incorporated. As a Private Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting investigative research, surveillance, fraud investigations, and various claim investigations. You will also be involved in investigative reporting and handling legal investigations. This role is based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in investigative reporting, surveillance, and fraud investigations
• Expertise in conducting various claim investigations and handling evidence and conducting legal investigations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with legal and privacy regulations
• Possession of a valid private investigator license
• Prior experience in law enforcement or a related field is a plus (but not essential)
• MUST be willing and able to participate with in-depth screening (vetting), including a detailed background search.
