Job Title: Territory Manager / Business Development Executive

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $90,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering effective solutions.
• Tailor products and services to meet customer requirements and drive sales growth.
• Proactively communicate with leadership to address client needs and requirements.
• Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifying their goals and challenges.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record in generating new business and maintaining client relationships in the power industry with a focus on generators.
• Experience in B2B sales, particularly within the construction industry or selling to contractors, is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel throughout Ontario as needed.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to solve problems and demonstrate resourcefulness.
