Outside Territory Sales Manager
Job Title: Territory Manager / Business Development Executive
Location: Mississauga, ON
Salary: $90,000 per year
About Us: We are currently seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to join our client's dynamic team. Headquartered in Mississauga, our client operates across Canada and is a leading provider of power systems. We pride ourselves on delivering innovative solutions and excellent customer service to our clients in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering effective solutions.
- Tailor products and services to meet customer requirements and drive sales growth.
- Proactively communicate with leadership to address client needs and requirements.
- Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifying their goals and challenges.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record in generating new business and maintaining client relationships in the power industry with a focus on generators.
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly within the construction industry or selling to contractors, is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel throughout Ontario as needed.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to solve problems and demonstrate resourcefulness.
