Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a
Systems Cybersecurity professional in the C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI). HNI focuses on providing enterprise support to over 110 active Air Force, Air National Guard (ANG), and Air Force Reserve installations and bases. The office provides technical and policy support and provides C3I infrastructure for the Air Force Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program. ICAM is the cornerstone of a digital foundation that connects all DAF members across a trusted digital force and paves the way for Zero Trust.

EDUCATION
- BA/BS and 10 years of technical network experience, 3 of which must be DoD
- OR GED and 4 years of technical work experience, 2 of which must be DoD
- OR 15 years of technical network experience with proper certifications, 5 of which must be in DoD
EXPERIENCE LEVEL BA/BS, GED, or requisite years of experience
JOB RESPONSBILITIES Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Ensure all assigned system and application deliverables meet the requirements of all DoD and Air Force Cyber Security policies.
- Ensure system deliverables comply with DoD and Air Force Cyber Security policy, specifically DoDI 8500.01, Cyber Security, and AFI 33-200, Air Force Cybersecurity Program Management.
- Ensure cybersecurity policies are implemented correctly, including compliance with DoD and Air Force Certification and Accreditation policies, specifically Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD Information Technology, and AFI 33-210, The Risk Management Framework (RMF) for Air Force Information Technology.
- The successful candidate will also support activities and meet the requirements of DoDI 8520.02, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Public Key (PK) Enabling, in order to achieve standardized, PKI- supported capabilities for biometrics, digital signatures, encryption, identification and authentication.
- Develop, review, and approve plans, schedules, and other technical documentation.
- Facilitate and support Division meetings/reviews, team building, and strategic planning.
Role Specific Responsibilities
- Manage ICAM RMF lifecycle by coordinate testing and system information with local ICAM team and 3rd party developers, and work alongside Rapid Cyber AO staff, SCA Team and Purple Team to ensure DevOps security posture and ensure future ATO.
- Assist in FAMS ops by completing IAO duties; perform security reviews/approvals for system accounts.
- System management through coordination of future systems move away from SAF/FM due to system evolution beyond financial ops support.
- Coordinate with the Rapid Cyber AO, AO’s staff, SCA Team and Purple Team for the ICAM RMF initiatives.
- Work the FAMS ISSM/ISSO and help shop the system other HQs in an effort to find the system a home.
