Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Bita Quantum AI. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and sales of our groundbreaking quantum software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans: Create and implement strategic sales plans to effectively promote and sell Bita Quantum AI's quantum software solutions to businesses and organizations. This includes identifying key industries and sectors where quantum computing applications can have a significant impact.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and research to identify trends, competition, and emerging opportunities. Adapt and differentiate our technological positioning to address local market specificities and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their unique needs and challenges. Position Bita Quantum AI's software as the ideal solution and qualify it as part of a unique offering for data protection within target organizations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to gain a deep understanding of our software's capabilities. Effectively communicate its value proposition to potential customers and ensure alignment between customer requirements and our product offerings.
  • Contract Negotiation and Revenue Growth: Lead contract negotiation processes with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and drive revenue growth. Manage the overall sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, by preparing persuasive sales and marketing content and negotiating contracts.
  • Industry Engagement and Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to establish Bita Quantum AI as a thought leader in quantum technology. Engage with strategic partners and participate in industry events to generate leads and nurture relationships. 
  • Product Feedback and Innovation: Provide valuable feedback from client interactions to inform product development and innovation. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software solutions based on market insights and customer needs.
  • Strategic Outreach and Customization: Identify and engage with prospective business clients through strategic outreach, networking, and targeted market analysis. Customize presentations and demonstrations to effectively showcase the unique benefits of Bita Quantum AI's offerings tailored to the cybersecurity community. 
  • Expansion into New Market Segments: Develop strategic sales plans to break into new market segments within the cybersecurity, e-wasting, and data protection fields. Explore opportunities for growth and expansion while maintaining a customer-centric approach. 


Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably in the software, cybersecurity, and quantum technology sectors.
  •  Minimum of five years of experience in the cybersecurity market and quantum technology. 


Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and applications is highly desirable. Fluency in both English and French languages is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A global mindset and perspective, combined with an in-depth knowledge of the Canada and US tech markets. 


Capabilities:

  • Ability to develop advisory relationships with partners, lawyers, and other key stakeholders, demonstrating strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and solid research and pitch-preparation capabilities.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize competing demands while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Understanding of clients' commercial objectives and marketplace, along with proficiency in technologies critical to the position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to contribute to the growth and development of the Business Development team. 


Specialized Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of cybersecurity and quantum technologies, their applications, and potential across varied industries, emphasizing their value as a solution.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively convey the value of customized quantum cybersecurity solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer satisfaction through solution-driven approaches.
  • Strategic mindset focused on revenue generation and meeting sales targets through solution-oriented selling approaches.
  •  Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline building and management, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and support solution-driven sales initiatives.
