We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Content Development and Delivery Specialist to join our team. Your role will involve supporting our evolving security initiatives by crafting and updating training content. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Instructor, you will lend your technical proficiency to both classroom and distance learning environments, contributing your expertise to enhance the security discipline.
Clearance: Active Top Secret required
Responsibilities
Provide technical instruction and subject matter expertise in security disciplines through various mediums including formal classrooms and distance learning courses.
Collaborate with program leads, management, and technical staff to design, convert, develop, and deliver training and certification projects.
Develop and maintain diverse training materials such as eLearning courses, virtual instructor-led sessions, and performance support tools.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in security program implementation and operation, or five (5) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Proficiency in cyber-related knowledge, skills, and policies.
DODM 8570.01 IAM Level III certification.
Preferred Qualifications
Two (2) years of experience as an instructor for adult learners, preferably in DOD Security Policy.
Five (5) years of work experience in the security discipline relevant to course content development or instruction.
Five (5) years of experience as an SME in the security discipline for which course content is developed or instructed.
